MichelleMichelle’s yoga journey began as a way to get back into shape after childbirth, a hobby which rapidly became a passion. Michelle is highly motivated to share her passion and the benefits of yoga with others. Her practice varies from basic to advanced Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She believes there is always endless learning in this journey.

MarilynMarilyn initially started doing yoga as a way to keep fit. It was only after she took her teacher training course that it became a passion. Having witnessed how yoga transforms lives, teaching became her way of giving back to the society. Marilyn’s classes are spontaneous, with emphasis on a safe and mindful practice, and lots of laughter!

Margery (May)Margery (you can call her May) has always loved sports. She engaged in various types of exercise but found that most did not help her quieten her spirit… until she found yoga. Exercise could train the body but not the mind and soul. It was this realisation that sparked her passion for yoga and led her to learn more about it through multiple teacher trainings and yoga courses.

Siaw Fui (Fui)Fui started practising yoga to improve her health. It was after she did her teacher training course that she discovered that yoga could change the body and purify the soul too. Fui has always wanted to help her students enjoy the benefits of yoga through learning about breath, proper alignment and movement to stretch and release blockages within the body.

DianaDiana is a self-confessed cat disguised as a human. Incorporating elements of Dharma, Jivamukthi and Yin yoga, her style is best described as experimental. Flowing in one session and meditative in the next, Diana's classes are designed with the intention to challenge her students physically and mentally, in the hopes that they can grow stronger on and off the mat. At the moment, Diana is trying to develop an asana called the forward looking cat, which is incidentally her Instagram name too. Connect with her to find out more.

Yuan Jing (YJ)YJ started his yoga journey as a complement to his gym routine to balance out strength and flexibility. As he ventured deeper into the world of yoga, he found that there is more to yoga than just a stretching workout. After trying out various forms of yoga practice, he eventually found a connection with Forrest Yoga, a style of yoga that heals the body and celebrates life.
